Chicken thighs with some homemade seasoning

Cooked on indirect heat until about 155 degrees F internal temp. Throw over flame to make skin crunchy then wrap in bacon

Cook until bacon is nice and crunchy like skin and internal temp reads 165 F add homemade Mango Habanero sauce

Who needs the Melting Pot?

Jarlsberg and Gruyere cheese with white wine, garlic, dry mustard, and a pinch of nutmeg fondue with fresh baked baguette, ham, grape tomatoes, cauliflower, and granny smith apples for dipping. Chardonnay to drink.

For desert there's chocolate, walnut, cream, kahlua, and raspberry liqueur fondue with bananas, strawberrys, rice crispy treats, cheese cake, and marshmellows for dipping. Coffee with Baileys and frangelico to drink.

Sure thing man. mayonnaise, white sugar, rice vinegar, melted butter, paprika and garlic powder mixed until consistent then refrigerate for 30 min, enjoy!
