Really glad how my latest Mash Up Turned out. Check it out!

Mash Up of "The Code" by Ummet Ozcan, W&W and "Shots" by LMFAO & Lil Jon. This will definitely get the dance floor moving! Still a newb with Ableton tho, criticism is welcome.

Firstly, I wanted to like that, I really did, and I sort of did, the idea is there - I believe the two tracks would work really well together, but there are some serious phrasing issues; the verses from shots really interfere with the chorus drops from The Code, the 2:25 build up actually really does work, but I'm in two minds about the 2:40 verse - in some ways it seems cool, in others it doesn't feel like it fits over the music well. The first break/verse at 1:00 kind of works, but it feels like Lil Jon is garbling a lot compared to the speed of the melody, and again I'm in two minds about the 1:18 verse.
I know all that seems a bit negative, but I did believe it was a good idea for two tracks, the way it's actually worked out just seems a bit sketchy is all.
