VCI 100 SE problem with XP

I have problem with my VCI 100 SE FW 1.3. I have Windows XP SP3. I installed Traktor 1.2.7. I plugged VCI to USB. The drivers were instaled. When I put TSI into the Traktor, I see that for In-Port Out-Port Vestax is not available. How can I run the VCI on this OS?
