What's everyone using to carry their S2?

Hey DJTT members,

At the moment I am looking into either a flight case to hold all my gear or something like a Mono bag. This would be my ideal case if it was made to hold the S2 not the S4.

Would this case or a simular one be customizable for the S2? It says that there is customizable puck foam. I want a fairly big case like this to fit my F1 and LPD8 if possible. So I thought I would ask what you guys/girls believe? Or what do you use or suggest.
Thanks ahead of time,
Chris

See? Now. I like this case as a setup piece but if i were at a club, i really wouldnt want to have this thing towering in front of me.
I know its a low profile piece however when i sit my laptop on it, and lift the screen
people would probably just see a pair of headphones dancing around at the sides lol
and i would have that big ass screen right in front of me all evening . lol

Im short so its funny

still happy with my zomo flightbag. It was a lil bit expensive, but the money was worth it. The S2 fits perfect and is quite good protected because of the metall frames. Also its a quick setup, i leave the controller in the bag, only plug the cables :-) https://www.google.com/search?q=zomo...hrome&ie=UTF-8

I'm believeing about purchasing an S2 and was wondering for the guys who have the decksaver covers, do you pack that with the S2 in your bags as well?

Are there bags with the right shape/padding such that the knobs and jogwheels won't get damaged in the bag?

I've been using a UDG bag to carry my S2, I highly recommend it, you can take a look here: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/acces...ducerbag-large

Right now I'm not traveling too much. Definitely won't be flying around with it any time soon. But I am going to start doing some local parties and events in the future. That's why I'm believeing of a flight case because it will make set up easier. It's just hard to find something to fit more than just an S2.

I believe it pretty much depends on how you travel. A flightcase (like the Magma DJ Controller Workstation S2) is ideal when you travel to gigs by car. If you are flying a lot, perhaps a backpack is the best solution.

Those are some good ideas! I was believeing about getting a Flight Case though because it seems like it would hide a lot of cables and it would be really quick set up because everything is pretty much ready to go.

I use the DJTT controller backpack (works great), which appears to have been discontinued to make way for an updated solution. According to Ean's instagram post, he's test driving a prototype.

I got this for "overevening " business trips....and repurposed it for the S2.

Holds a ton of stuff....

S2
15" laptop
Crane Stand Pro
Headphones
Cables, cables, cables
Clipboard with contracts, forms, etc.
And more misc stuff.
