help with new system choice
Posted on: 15.08.2013 by Alfonzo Kulhanek
looking to add a 2nd light weight system on a budget. We currently run Peavey SP 2's with BW woofers, Peavey 3000 amp and eq.

looking to add a 2nd system that has to fill about 100-200 people. must be light weight for 1 person to set up/tear down.

prefered powered but open to all. have a budget of about 800-1000 for the speakers not to include a sub, will find one later. Open to used gear as well

most of the gigs we play are midsized halls and we only do receptions now. we no longer play clubs, bars, schools, etc.

any and all polite help will be appreciated.

Hey bro i know exactly what you want in your budget i believe you should go with a b52 matrix 1000v2 they go for 700-800 plus stands and wires powered and theyre awesome for the price it come with a 15in sub and 2 10" satellite speakers sounds really good and bassy easy to connect and portable except the sub is a tiny heavy like about 60lbs or so i believe or maybe im just a weak 200lbs dude lmao
