Reply to Emergency Strategies with the S2?

The S2 control has no emergency Line In for Ipod (or whatever). Like the S4.
How will a good exit strategy look like for this mess in a club or a Live Set? External Mixer with a plugged in "whatever" (mp3 player, TT, another controler?? Other ideas? Or is there anything possible with another idea?
