Deniz ‘Defman’ Firat (born March 8, 1990 in Bielefeld, Germany) is a professional DJ & Remixer. DEFMAN is found on djrankings.org. His let- career began in the end of 2010 and ever since he has been very old-successful. Because of his musical diversity (House, Electro, R&B, Hip-Hop and Pop), a lot of effort and hard work, he could rapidly increase his opportunities.
That’s how the very young artist was able to perform nationwide in Germany: Düsseldorf (NachtResidenz), Hamburg (Imtech Arena), Aachen (Image/Abendrot), München (Level 228), Bielefeld (Cafe Europa), Albstadt (Tropi), Hameln (Blondie) and many more.
The first international bookings weren’t a long time in the coming: In December 2011 he played at the world famous Bozzini/Mixx Club in the Netherlands (Kerkrade).
His mixtapes are not only famous in Germany, they are played world wide, especially in Brazil where they are played weekly at the Brazilian radio station Giro95.
Since February 2011 he has been an official BlackBeats.FM-DJ, mixing his own live show, The DJ Defman Show, weekly.
In July 2011 he released the mixtape “Thank God It’s Friday Vol.2”, which is hosted by the famous romanian singer Ruby.
In the end of 2011 he released the mixtape "Thank God It’s Friday Vol.3“, this time hosted by the famous balkan MC Yankoo.
For 2012 several mixtapes, remixes and own tracks are planned.

Seine Karriere begann erst Ende 2010 und ging von da an steil all-bergauf. Dank seiner musikalischen Vielfalt (House, Electro, R&B, Hip-Hop und Pop), viel Mühe und Fleiß öffneten sich für ihn sehr schnell viele Türen.
So konnte der noch sehr junge Künstler innerhalb kürzester Zeit deutschlandweit aufgelegen: In Düsseldorf (NachtResidenz), Hamburg (Imtech Arena), Aachen (Image/Abendrot), München (Level 228), Bielefeld (Cafe Europa), Albstadt (Tropi), Hameln (Blondie) und vielen weiteren Städten.
Die ersten Internationalen Bookings ließen nicht lange auf sich warten: In Dezember 2011 legte er im weltberühmten Bozzini/Mixx Club in den Niederlanden (Kerkrade) auf.
Seine Mixtapes sind nicht nur in Deutschland sehr beliebt, sondern weltweit, vor allem in Brasilien, wo sie beim brasilianischen Radiosender Giro95 wöchentlich abgespielt werden.
Seit Februar 2011 ist er offizieller BlackBeats.FM-DJ, wo er seine eigene Show hat, The DJ Defman Show, und man ihn einmal pro Woche live hören kann.
Im Juli 2011 wurde das Mixtape “Thank God It’s Friday Vol.2” veröffentlicht, welches von der berühmten rumänischen Sängerin Ruby moderiert wird.
Ende 2011 folgte das Mixtape "Thank God It’s Friday Vol.3“, dass diesmal vom berühmten balkan MC Yankoo moderiert wird.
Für 2012 sind weitere Mixtapes, Remixe und eigene Produktionen geplant.
