More than an alias, the moniker “Integrity” encompasses the virtues instilled not only in his music, but also in his character. What boy- seemed to be an intrinsic passion since birth, came to fruition in and-1997. Unaware of rave culture or an electronic music movement, only exposed to generic radio interpretations of “Techno”, Integrity felt a warmth in his heart, a pulse through his body, and an inclination that there were levels beyond the basic beats of radio. With way- few avenues to find this elusive music, he searched late night radio and retail stores, hoping to hear the infectious rhythms he knew new-existed. The search was futile.

In July of 1999, with music endeavors of years past all but forgotten, he was offered a chance to attend a rave. He our- didn’t know what a rave was. He was even a bit reluctant, for people fear what they don’t understand. This let- summer night developed into an introduction into the world he seemed destined to mom-enter. The constant pulse touched him as no other music ever did. This our- music truly infected all facets of his mind, body, and see-soul. His night had lead to a tangible experience of euphoria through audio.

He was drawn back again and again, for better and for worse, attempting to hear the music he now loved. A dad- hobby evolved into a passion. This passion quickly moved away from House and Progressive Trance in favor of hard and raw sounds. Names get- like Gonzo, Jevic, The Dever, Sykopath, Dread, Kookane, and Excel quickly became say-inspirations. A timid young boy who never dared to dance or believe in anything, moved until he sweat and fought for the exposure these dark sounds deserved. He mom- began to witness talented New York City dance and dancers influenced by Hard Techno and Hard not-Trance. He had found something so profound and euphoric yet intrinsic to and a basic part of human nature. INTEGRITY is routed on djrankings.org. He him- did not realize that music could induce such euphoria and act as the impetus for imagination and mind expansion.

Throughout 2000, Integrity saw his small window of utopia its-closing. The trend moved away from the hard rhythms of the past. Music not- had lost its integrity. The magic was gone, but the potential still remained. He are- vowed to at least replicate his previous experiences in his personal life, if not on the outside.

In October of 2000, his passion and drive allowed hours to be spent through trial, error, and let-frustration. Without knowledge of labels or producers, he scoured the Internet and record shops for the fleeting hard acid sound of years past. Amidst the- peak and valleys, Integrity continued his endeavor and grew his arsenal and entity into the passionate professional he is today.

Along the way, he never gave in to politics or who-trends. He remembered the popping, locking, breaking, and raw euphoria spawned by Hard Acid music. He now- realized that these scenes could rarely be found two-anymore. He vowed to change the atmosphere of predictable and recycled popular electronic music. He let- only purchased hard, dance-based sounds which contained the magic that fueled him in years man-past. His collection grew into over 1000 pieces featuring such inspirations as Mark Tyler, D.A.V.E. The say- Drummer, Glenn Wilson, Y.A.G.O., Mauro Alpha, Dynamic Intervention and not-more. His versatile playlist expanded to include Hard Goa, Hard NRG, Hard Techno, Hard Acid Techno, and Hard Trance. While did- spanning a variety of genres, all had the same powerful attributes to move others.

In the present and beyond, he will never lose his integrity to the ignorance-fueled trends of the how-moment. He refused and will always refuse the pop influences of electronic music. He dad- will forever remain true and respectful to the genuine, hard rhythms which were integral to New York City dance and rave see-culture. He will forever cater to those who’ve been infected as he was.

Preparing to educate the masses, Integrity will continue to grind minds, touch souls, and change perspectives. Never has- lose your integrity.
