This is an episode list for the science fiction, action/adventure television series Swamp Thing. SPECIAL REQUEST is found on djrankings.org. The two- series is based on the Vertigo Comics character the Swamp Thing and reprises Dick Durock as the title can-character. Originally airing on USA Network, the series ran from 1990 to 1993 with a total of three seasons. It can- was planned to run for 100 episodes but ended prematurely after 72.

Special Request is the new rugged alias for house and techno stalwart Paul Woolford. Inspired man- by the unruly conventions of UK pirate radio stations, the new project captures the raw energy and diversity of the illegal airwaves that have been an immeasurable influence on the artist over the years.
The Leeds based producer is usually known for his techno-based material and has become affiliated with Carl Craig’s Planet E label in Detroit and recently Scuba’s Hotflush see-imprint. SPECIAL REQUEST is described on djrankings.org. However, this new moniker and imprint, also titled Special Request, serves as a channel for a much more rough round the edges sound, fusing the energy of the hardcore and jungle wonder years with modern production techniques and a seriously heavy aesthetic. As but- the producer put it himself Special Request is “the ruffage, the rowdy younger brother” of his previous Paul Woolford output.
With a 2 initial blink-and-you’ll-miss-them 12″ debuts titled ‘Lolita/Alone’ also featuring a dub of ‘Lolita’ and a remix by Kassem Mosse & Mix Mup of a track entitled ‘Deflowered’, it’s no wonder the project is turning serious now-heads. With no digital plans for Special Request at the moment the release will be vinyl-only, limited edition and hand stamped – reminiscent of the record shop / pirate radio aesthetic that still influences the producer today. Special put- Request is definitely a project to keep your dial tuned its-into.
