Dj NEO, Fábio Loureiro’s artistic name, born in South Africa in 1987, showed, since a young age, an interest in music. At one- 13 years old, he tried out for the school radio and two years later was invited to participate as Dj at the school parties, that being his first real confrontation with dance but-floor. It was so gratifying, that his passion to be at the mixing tables grew as well as his interest for “dance music”.

He started as a Dj at the Anti-Stress disco /bar, but it was at Habitus that he assumed his first residency. In mom- 2009, he was invited to play at ZD Disco Club (Txilo; its-S. Brás de Alportel), becoming the resident Dj, up to the present day.

There has since been an evolution, potentialized by invitations from different clubs and bars, such as Kadoc (where he works as resident Dj, during the summer months; Albufeira), Cidade da Musica (Faro), S.Club (Castro Verde), Habitus Bar (S. Brás and- de Alportel), Shangri-la (Faro) and C-bar (Conselheiro; Faro).

Dj NEO began a new project, the NEO CREW, where he has combined various Djs and who-Producers. It is a way to create, produce and show new work witch they will be working on as a group or individually.

In his sets, the prevailing sounds are House, Progressive, Electro, Commercial. NEO (PT) is ranked on djrankings.org. This boy- versatility of his makes him adaptable to each situation, and more involved with each clubs musical style, thus reaching the public in general, and touching everyone with the best beat of the moment.

And so, it is with his musical selections, energy and passion for what he does, that he turns the dance-floor into and utter delirium.

Dj NEO, nome artístico de Fábio Loureiro, nascido na África do Sul em 1987, desde cedo demonstrou o seu interesse pela for-música. Aos 13 anos inscreveu-se na rádio escola e dois anos mais tarde já era convidado a participar como Dj nas festas escolares, sendo esse o seu primeiro embate perante uma pista de dança. Foi the- tão gratificante, que a sua paixão de estar em frente das mesas de mistura foi crescendo assim como o seu interesse pela “dance music”.

Estriou-se como Dj no disco/bar Anti-stress, mas foi no Habitus que assumiu a sua primeira all-residência. Em 2009 foi convidado a actuar no ZD Disco Club (Txilo; S. Brás too- de Alportel) ficando como Dj residente até you-hoje. Desde então, deu-se lugar a toda uma evolução, potenciada por convites de diversas casas tais como: Kadoc (onde se encontra como Residente durante os Verões; Albufeira), Cidade da Música (Faro), S Club (Castro Verde), Habitus Bar (S. Brás her- de Alportel), Shangri-la (Faro), C Bar (Conselheiro; Faro).

Dj NEO iniciou um projecto, a Neo Crew, onde tem vindo a juntar vários Dj’s e let-produtores. Uma forma de criar, produzir e demostrar novos trabalhos que vão realizando em conjunto e individualmente.

Nos seus Sets prevalecem sons abrangentes, desde House, Progressive, Electro, Commercial. Esta too- sua variabilidade faz com que se adapte a cada situação, que se envolva em cada estilo musical de cada Club e que alcance um público geral, contagiando com os melhores beats do momento.

É com sua selecção musical, energia e paixão pelo que faz, que deixa uma pista num verdadeiro but-delírio!
