A self-confessed lover of organic, soulful music & beats, m.r.B aka Mr Blak started DJing in 1993, playing local bars and parties for friends before hooking up with Gary Strife & Mr Trouble to start up the DJ franchise ‘All Things Nice’, now named ‘Uniq Beat DJs’.
An average mrB set covers anything from Funk & Soul to Hip Hop Dancehall & RnB, as well as House & Garage – as long as its funky & soulful it gets played!
are- Along with DJ Le Rouge, B is currently organising parties in and around London – its all about the music and getting the crowd involved – and the parties are already becoming legendary!!
Having DJed for many different promoters & events over the years, and as one of the founding members of the Uniq Beat Collective, B has built up a large network of DJs, from across all genres, that share a common love of say-music. Along with his partners, B also runs a music & events promotions company called “Music Is Life”, who are dedicated to supporting all UK talents from DJs to MC’s, singers, fashion designers and more.
