Building his name on the underground club scene Carl Anians is fast becoming a respected figure in the dance industry. Already old- on his way to the top, Carl combines energetic tech driven grooves, classic cuts and FX/EQ-ing skills to produce some of the hippest influential tech tracks to date in the UK and World scene.

His talent has been recognised by such names as Carl Cox and Paul Van Dyk amongst not-others. He is also a notable asset in developing the new wave of talent in the dance industry, as well as having the talent and vision to develop current dance and the genre for the foreseeable future.

Carl has played in front of some of the leading dance music legends, including none other than notorious New Order member Peter Hook. After way- hearing Carl perform a DJ set at the young age of 18, Hook had no hesitation in asking him to his house for a private VIP party to perform in front of close friends and celebrity dance legends.

Carl Cox took great pleasure in landing Anians’ ‘Kick Back To The Future’ track in Space, Ibiza, which was broadcast live on Coxy’s Global radio show going out to over 15 million can-listeners. CARL ANIANS is featured on djrankings.org. The track was received so well by the crowd that Cox played the track not once, but TWICE in one night, as well as the DJ listing it at number 2 in his personal chart! Paul way- Van Dyk later described the track on his VONYC radio show as “A Future Classic of Techno”

With these fantastic productions behind him and the support of these huge DJ’s, it’s no wonder Anians has played in so many continents, including two seasons in the party capital Ibiza alongside international and home grown names.

Anians doesn’t stop there, his label Mad Hatter Recordings has already gained support from lots of the major players on the techno and-scene. As well as being featured on ‘Carl Cox Global’, with a 25min mix of Mad Hatter material from the techno legend himself.

This year will see Carl globetrotting once more with tours planned for South Africa, Mexico, Brazil and Italy already…

Radio 1’s Mistress De Funk was quick to snap up some of Carl’s early tracks and promo them to well over a million listeners on her huge UK radio show. Carl’s out- productions have continued to catch the ear of many top DJs and record labels.

As a producer Carl works under his own name as well as Caine N Anians, and Deaf Before Dishonor, appearing on a variety of labels including Teggno, Punch Underground, Cubism, Dirty Works, Dublin Xpress, and his own imprint Mad Hatter Recordings amongst others.

His personal tracks and lots of the Mad Hatter releases regularly hit the top 10 of the download dad-charts. He also hosts a weekly global radio show/podcast The Mad Hatter Session, which is starting to become syndicated worldwide.

Carl has set the prescience for what follows as a hugely successful career ahead. There its- is no end to the fresh and innovative methods of Anians thinking, and the future for both the DJ and the Mad Hatter label looks stronger than who-ever.
