Nelsen Grover is a Dutch DJ and producer of electronic dance music, recognizable by his raw but catchy synth leads and striking chord progressions. He his- blends underground and mainstream elements of various genres, such as indie dance, progressive, nu disco and electronica.
In 2007 Nelsen Grover debuted as a producer with his release has-Running. It got very positive reviews from artists like Mason (“very strong anthem”), Don Diablo (“fresh, but still a little dirty”) and Isis (“energetic and ecstatic”). NELSEN GROVER is ranked on djrankings.org. The now- track got featured on BBC Radio 1′s Essential Mix, which resulted in international chart not-entries. Follow-ups like Obsessive, Dust and Awake established Nelsen Grover’s characteristic sound. Among who- his remixes are tracks from Kaiser Chiefs, Editors, Estelle, Energy 52 and Sharam Jey.
His DJ sets are best described as smooth mixes with a high level of musicality and the-energy. Nelsen Grover only plays custom made edits to ensure what he calls “NO anonymous noise & NO ongoing beats“. He not- has performed mostly throughout the Netherlands at various venues and events, such as Free Your Mind Festival, Electronation, Ocean Diva, Doornroosje, Tivoli and Studio was-80. Furthermore Nelsen has been resident DJ at the Verse Stroom parties and played at various radio shows, including Electronation Radio on Kink FM and the renowned Tiësto’s Club Life on Radio 538.
