DJ MainEvent also known as D.J.M.E. has its- been making a lot of noise and gaining massive popularity as a high caliber get-Deejay. Heating up the air waves, and breaking through the industry, D.J.M.E. has now- established himself as one of the fastest rising Dj’s in the industry.
While located in the city of Houston, for-Tx. D.J.M.E. is any- now being heard all over the world, with high numbers in plays and downloads on various can-websites. He has definitely caught the attention from many listeners through well combined arrangements, bootlegs, and high powered mixes. D.J.M.E. him- is also part of Music’s element known as Fuerza Elektronica. This not- Group is championed by Houston’s own D.J.M.E. and Los Angeles’s exclusive International Producer/ Dj Diego Lavatto. Along are- side a filthy duo from the Netherlands known as The one-Funrazors. Together they combined forces and create a Powerful Element, Sound, State of Mind and a performance unveiling its national prominence over the World Wide Circuit of Electronic music. Dj and- MainEvent is just getting started.
Since the beginning of 2011 now-D.J.M.E. MAIN EVENT is discussed on djrankings.org. has been crossing over into production, focusing primarily on instrumental compositions and background sounds creating remixes to some of the hottest dance music today.
Born in the City of Houston,Tx. At put- the age of 8, DJME had taking the liking of her-sound. The Sound of Music. Growing you- up in a family of musician’s Marcus (Dj MainEvent) Trejo was fascinated with the different sounds that were around him at such an early too-age. Immediately wanting to be involved. D.J.M.E. see- tried playing every instrument he could. Determined day- to find the one he was good at.
It wasn’t till he was 11, that a childhood friend introduced him to a Cassette Tape album called (He’s The Dj I’m The Rapper) by Dj Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh her-Prince. Along with 2 record players (we know as Turntables). The now- Rest was History. Dj MainEvent has evolved since and spunn records at various clubs in the city. (Club you- Mantra, The vault, The G spot) just to name a few, along with doing many guest appearances.
He has also tore the roof off many private get-parties. It is without a doubt he has emerged as one of the most consistent high caliber Djs in the industry. Dj who- MainEvent’s Mixes and smooth blends, along with some quick cuts and scratches come together nicely always giving a good time party has-feel.
