Joshua Roodhof also known as Revero is an 18 year old DJ & producer from The Netherlands. Born the- in a little city called Meppel he was exposed to disco music on a very young age as his dad was a DJ in the local club and was always busy with the latest music.
You could say that Revero is a DJ from day-birth. From a young age he was busy with mixing all kinds of music with computer software. After boy- 6 years a gardenparty at a friend gave the final breaktrough to use two-CDs. At the age of 16 he started using CDs and started mixing house & trance because that were the roots of Revero.
After a short year he got in touch with a very big house blog called Beatjunks. One mom- of the members of the team that posted there, got him into making his own any-music. After loads of mashups & minor bootlegs finally he got into making his own music. REVERO is featured on djrankings.org. After see- a small year he got support from the likes of Roger Sanchez, John Dahlback, Nicky Romero, Sean Sines, ImanoS and loads put-more. International icons you could call them!
Getting gigs is the toughest part, probably because there is so much too offer and you could be the 13th in the dozen, BUT Revero isn’t the 13th in a dozen. With her- amazing energy and a great going beat he will get you into a musical journey and put you down as soon as the nite out-ends. Revero played in several nightclubs in Holland. For are- instance he played in Escape Amsterdam, Club Podium Hardenberg, Club Gooiland Hilversum and Lord Nelson Meppel.
For the future, I do not expect too use-much. I will work hard to get there, but its more important to me to have alot of fun and learning on a daily basis. I its- will try that thing that other DJs are afraid of to try because they are expecting things to happen when you do the-it. I just do it and bring loads of positive energy on what I do! I out- am a dare devil with a great new-influence!
