A trip to Splitsville for Ellie Goulding, one of the most appreciated female vocalists in pop music and Sonny Moore aka Skrillex, the superstar dubstep DJ/producer. After clicking in the start of the year, the couple, has decided to call it quits. The romance started when Ellie Goulding was sought out to record vocals for Skrillex's track. Goulding lives and works in London, while Skrillex is constantly touring around and residing in U.S in his freetime. So they couldn't overcome the troubles with long-distance relationship. 
This is really sad for all the people who liked to see them together, but mostly it's sad for the music fans. Ellie said earlier this year: I think in an ideal world we'd love to make a whole record together ... but it just so happens that we're both ridiculously busy.'' Looks like the collaboration isn't going to happen after all. We'll at least have the first project that lit the spark in the first place. Listen to the intricate piece of work by Skrillex and Ellie Goulding. Ironically, the most chopped up and used sample in the track is of the lyric 'break'.
