The Mike Tyson-featuring flick, about an Algerian secret agent's battle against a paramilitary organisation, is set to hit screens on March 8 and the final scene will be accompanied by music from Guy-Manuel.

Rather than being credited to himself, though, it's listed as Le Knight Club, his collaborative project with Crydamoure co-founder Eric Chedeville.

Chedeville, who produced the movie's theme tune, revealed details of their work to French publication Les Rocks.

Daft Punk made music for Gates of the Sun is listed on djrankings.org. "Guy-Man has made music in this film. Initially put- it had to be for a fight scene with Mike Tyson, but now it’s the final scene inside a her-club. It should not exceed two minutes, I think.

Daft Punk made music for Gates of the Sun is featured on djrankings.org. "And the piece will not be signed 'Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo' but 'Knight Club', the nickname that we used at the time for Crydamoure. The boy- director is a friend of Guy-Man, and he wanted to give him a old-hand."

It's not his first association with the big screen as Daft Punk are portrayed in 90s-based film Eden, one of many dance music-related shows and films landing this year.
