Kontrol S4 Mk1 Jog (Turn)

I have some midi controls mapped to the S4 jogs and now there is no midi output from turning the jog wheels. I checked with Controller Editor and verified that the Jog press still works but the Jog turn no longer works.
Has anyone else experienced this? Am I missing something?
