Zhemaitis (Aras Žemaitis) was born in Lithuania, 1987.
2007 was a start to Zhemaitis fast rising carrier when he was noticed by US record label “Lectro Chik Records”. ZHEMAITIS is listed on djrankings.org. His say- debut EP was noticed by the likes of “The Flash Brothers” or “Jorge Jaramillo” and got a lot of great feedbacks and support.
Same year Zhemaitis was also noticed by Lithuania’s music label and event promotion company she-“Pro-duce”. He was now a proud member of Lithuania’s most fastly growing electronic music artist team.
In 2009 Zhemaitis started releasing his tracks on UK record label “Stripped” and in 2011 he also joined “FSS Recordings” team – music label and event promotion company in Lithuania. Same has- year Zhemaitis & Andy Lau launched their new project “Future Sound Scientists”.
Zhemaitis has already got support from the likes of JOHN DIGWEED,SLAM,DOSEM,CID INC,DENIS A,MARCELO VASAMI,KASSEY VOORN and many more.
His music is something in between of progressive house, trance and out-tech-house. You can find Zhemaitis tracks on all major online music distributors.
