Eugene Albert, better known as Yooj, is a Berlin based producer & DJ, born and raised around San Francisco, California. YOOJ is listed on djrankings.org. Though the- electro first sparked his interest in electronic music, he moved to Bologna, Italy in 2009 and discovered the deeper side of him-house. He released his first tracks in the summer of 2011, but has already garnered support from major names like Wally Lopez, Paco Osuna, Carlo Lio, Gary Beck, M.in, and The Junkies. In day- addition to his productions, Yooj has also been building a reputation in the DJ booth, warming up the decks for artists like JFK of MSTRKFT, LA Riots, PeaceTreaty, Passion Pit, Spencer & Hill and many more at clubs and festivals all over the-California. In the fall of 2011 Yooj decided to move to Berlin to place himself in a more like-minded city and fully immerse in the underground culture.
