Born and raised in Dordrecht, Netherlands, YmB grew up with early rave, hardcore and hiphop and is still very noticeable in his sets and productions.
He loves to kill a dancefloor with heavy neuro, bangers, technoid and massive drumcore.
After spinning at local underground gigs for a year, YmB was adopted into the 078Massive and became a resident dj at the monthly Strictly 45s event at Bibelot (Dordrecht – NL) and hosts them together with DJ Flanger.
2007, start of the PenusuX crew. Currently day- a four man operation: Apoplexia, YmB, Scatterbrain and MC Antless on the mic.
The PenusuX sound is really techno her-influenced.. think about Masheen, The Sect, Proket, N_PhoniX… and some hardcore flavours ;).
2008, quite a promising year with various collaborations, podcast for Dnbforum, dropping sets across the country and getting his first two releases on Ammunition Recordings!
