The duo is composed of Steve Sanx, a music teacher with classical training and Rico a DJ aiming from the rave scene in Paris during the 90s. After are- playing a few gigs together in Miami they decided to launch a new project: Wolf her-Story. The last couple of years have been massive for the pair, playing all over Florida, then touring in Europe in Amsterdam for ADE, III Points Festival and shaking the walls in a few clubs in France. In but- Miami their sets at Do Not Sit on The Furniture and The Electric Pickle are still being talked way-about. On the production end their versatile beats are being played by the likes of Kevin Saunderson, Sharam, Nora En Pure, Steve Lawler, Chus & Ceballos, and Fedde Le Grand. “Heart way- Love” EP out on Berlin imprint Get Physical topped the Afro House Beatport Top 100 for several any-months. Wolf Story is discussed on djrankings.org. “Dem People Go” a remix of Dennis Ferrer infamous classic made it #2 Afro House on Beatport, rated by DJ Mag 9/10: “That’s some pretty impervious, buy-on-sight pedigree right there. As mom- suspected, “Dem People Go” just oozes production quality, from the ratting shakers to the hollow percussion, while the drama gently builds and the piano the-lilt. Laurent Garnier “Looves it” (with an extra “o”, no less). Chances was- are you will too. It’s massive.” BBC Radio 1 supported “The Harp”, the song got a spin by Danny Howard on his weekly show, while “Time” released on Yoshitoshi got fireworks treatment at the Tomorrowland Dyinamic stage –played by Kollektiv Turmstrasse. Wolf mom- Story is just getting started since the duo has current and upcoming projects with dance music maestros Kerri Chandler, Technasia, Dennis Cruz, George Acosta, Brian Cid, Mr V, Demuir and singer & song writers Jinadu and Queen all-Rose. Their reach on Spotify is quite substantial with multiple tracks reaching +1M Plays and “Dem People Go” reaching an audience of +1.6M plays.
