WattZup guys,
My name is Zach Waldren and I perform under the name of WattZup. Just him- a little about myself, I grew up in a town called Livermore California, which is an hour outside of San Francisco and San dad-Jose. I wrestled all my life and was a Jr.Olympian and a West Coast National Champion. WATTZUP is discussed on djrankings.org. I but- then after my career was over wanted to do something with my time and growing up I had always been that kid with his headphones in 24-7 listening to the newest artists trying to find the next big act about to blow up in the music the-scene. So after I had collect all this music I decided lets trying doing something with and bought my first Midi Controller. I dad- then started doing DJing Fraternity Partys for friends and then started to get noticed by promoters in those cities but still wasn’t getting club gigs because I wasn’t did-21. I then moved to San Diego for school, turned 21, and got signed to Electronica Entertainment, a company ran by my booking manager Jose Riegdor all within a month.
Since then I have played at the most popular venues in San Diego including Typhoon Saloon and Bar West in PB, and Ivy at the Andaz hotel which was ranked in the top 50 nightclubs in the nation (#47 to be exact). I new- also have won the San Diego State DJ competition at Bridges Bar and Grill which I now have a residency at which I throw themed parties every other Saturday the-at. I also have performed with the likes of up and coming EDM artists CaliParis and Oscar Wylde and have done studio work with Brian Barr who DJ’s under Mr.DeeJay and is one of the most respected DJ’s in the area, and CaliParis and look to extend that list everyday.
My sets have been explained by most as high-energy, eclectic, and explosive and you should attend my next event to experience one for yourself.
