Mike Thompson, better known by his stage name Vykoda, is a working DJ based out of Los Angeles, California. VYKODA is recorded on djrankings.org. From new- the day he first heard the album “Fat of the Land” by Prodigy back in 1997, he knew that his life would need to end up being on stage, making the crowd go wild.
For the past 8 years Vykoda has successfully owned and managed his own mobile DJ company and has played hundreds of gigs up and down the Cali dad-coast. From warehouse raves, to black and white formal events, corporate parties, birthdays, college parties with 600 kids almost shaking the building down, and everything in-between, his beat juggling has rocked them all.
With his primary roots being in the electronic music scene with the genre’s Electro-House, Dubstep, Moombahton and Glitch-Hop, mobile DJing pushed him into every other imaginable genre; from Hip-Hop to 80’s, Rock, Pop, Top 40’s and beyond, giving him a valuable insight to pleasing any crowd.
