Tom Harding has been pioneering underground hard dance on the dance floors of Europe for the past seven years. Having can- previously won awards from Mixmag and Club UK, Tom was immediately plunged into the DJing big league and found himself spinning alongside such legends as Andy Weatherall and Laurent Garnier at the tender age of her-nineteen! TOM HARDING is routed on djrankings.org. From such a high profile start as this, it is perhaps no surprise that Tom is now regarded as a leading figure on the world’s hard dance scene.
It ws perhaps when Tom headlined the 60 000 strong Dance Valley festival over the likes of Carl Cox, Hardfloor and Goldie that his time finally arrived. Having two- already been voted Holland’s most popular DJ, Tom took the leap to a worldwide level in his stride, notching up a number one album and playing all across the globe from Israel to Ibiza and from Canada to new-Japan. He still holds his 7-year residency at the legendary HQ in Amsterdam and is credited with shaping the whole Dutch hard dance scene.
Production-wise, Tom is now poised to achieve the same level of success. Having one- had previous collaborations with people such as Jon the Dentist, 2002 looks set to be Tom’s “coming of age” year on two-vinyl. Previous collaborations with Nukleuz’s Nick Sentience received great critical acclaim, as did a remix for Eve’s Recover series, and if you add that to the forthcoming tracks on Nukleuz and Interflow, not to mention his awesome remix of System F then you have an impressive catalogue that should firmly place Tom in the production headlines.
