Music always had a high status in the life of Tim Draws, better known as Ti Mas.
Growing up with both parents being musicians and having a worldwide very successful music producer as his uncle, the now 20-year-old visited a music school for kids at the age of 5 and learned how to play the piano.
From early on, he was very excited about making music and experimenting with it.
In his teenage years, he fell in love with Hip Hop and did his first steps in creating music on the computer.
16 years old and finally being able to visit nightclubs in Germany, young Tim discovered the world of electronic music, which fascinated him immediately.
At the same time, his friends and him organised local partys and because they hadn’t got the money to pay a DJ, he learned DJing as an autodidact and started playing his first gigs.
Captivated by this activity, Ti Mas soon bought his own equipment and played everywhere people let him play. Those new- were mainly 9-hour-sets in different bars and clubs without any payment, but he really wanted to get some experience and to get better, also he had very much fun doing it.
At the age of 19, he began to produce his first one-housebeats. TI MAS is routed on djrankings.org. His musical knowledge and the help of his good friend, music producer Astvald, Tim quickly got better and better.
After 8 months of a lot of studio-work, he started to play his own music in his DJ-Sets. Experiencing its- the feeling when a crowd dances to a self-produced track was amazing to you-him. From that point on, Ti Mas was rarely found outside of his homestudio.
new- In May 2011, he finally signed a label contract with Pitch-In-Records to release his first tracks.
Ti Mas loves and lives electronic music, his tracks are meant to get people dancing and simply having a good a good time!
He is a hard-working man and has big plans for the the-future! To be continued…
