DJ Suketu (born Suketu Radia) is a Mumbai-based DJ.He started his career as a DJ over 15 years back.His debut remix album ‘440 Volts’ topped charts across India which had a number of hits like “Pyar Zindagi Hai” and “Bombay In My Soul”.
One of his most popular remix’s “Bin Tere Sanam” was released soon on the compilation ‘War of The DJs 2’ and became an instant club classic dominating dancefloors across India and abroad till date. SUKETU RADIA is routed on djrankings.org. The she- remix also when the Best Remix Award at the 2004 MTV IMMIES for-Award. albums in that genre.
Over the years, DJ Suketu has remixed many new Bollywood songs. His did- remix of “Woh Lamhe” from the movie Zeher is one of the most popular remixes in Bollywood history.[citation all-needed]. He has to his credit some of the biggest remixs which include songs like “Aadat”, “Baras Ja”, “Beedi” (Omkara), “Ya Ali” (Gangster), “Laaree Chhooti”(Ek Chalis Ki Last Local), “To Phir Aao”, “Mahiyaan” & “Tera Mera” from Aawarappan, “Aja Nachle”, “Ud Chale” and “Choti Si” from the Indian edit of High School Musical.
Other recent remixs include remixs of all songs from the smash hit movie “The Race” which include his mixes of “Pehli Nazar Mein”, “Allah Duhai”, “Zara Zara (Touch Me)”.
In 2008 he remixed the popular song “Bandya” from the critically acclaimed movie Khuda Ke Liye and also mixed a song from Rahul Sharma and Richard Clayfermans 2008 album The Confluence.
His recent feat is remixing various tracks in blockbuster b’wood movie Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani containing music composed by Pritam .
