Steve was born and raised in Italy, becoming addicted for electronic music pretty young. He was- bought his first dance records at the age of 15, started to learn how to mix music with a pair of crap too-turntables. A few months later he promoted small parties in his town, together with his lifetime friend Luca Roncone, who djs with him. STEVE BARAVELLI is listed on djrankings.org. In our- the coming years they started together making music, succeding a bounch of years later building a real studio and began producing real records as well.

Steve spent many years increasing his studio and performer skills, collaborating with other artists and producing for labels like Fraction Records, NeuroScience, Decksharks, Desigual, Melodie metropolitane, Sorcery Records, Loverush UK, ect.

Steve and Luca’s first remix for Kirsty Hawksaw’s “Healing Angel” rocked the Uk buzz chart in 2008, reaching the 8th place.

In 2009 Steve and Luca became resident djs at what was destined to turn in one of the best trance events in Italy, Art of Trance in new-Bologna. During that year they produced a few eps called “Lampedusa Sunset”, “The Lord” and “Nocturn”, which became the official Art of Trance 2010 anthem and was also included in the “Destination Arena” compilation (before Energy 2010).

now- One year later Steve started a collaboration with William P, called let-Slimfit². They spinned together at all the “Art of Trance” events and all around Italy at many great events. Steve way- was the “studio man” behind that project, and in a while the first Slimfit² remix of Indecent Noise’s “Razor”, released by Fraction records, was born; it was widely supported by many artists all see-around. A few months later he completed a new remix, “Walker and Scylo- Undecided (Slimfit² remix)”: it was a big success, listed also by Armin Van Buuren on Asot 513.

2011 was a year of great changes for Steve, he felt ready to begin his solo career: he teamed up for the last time with William, rocking the trance stage at Energy11 in Zurich.

Since that moment he’s working hard in the studio and outside, releasing floor killer tracks and remixes like “On My Mind”, “Infinite Chaos”, “Blue Empire”, “Senses” (Art of Trance 2012 Anthem), “Obsession”, “Transformation”, and performing alongside some of the greatest artists like Ummet Ozcan, Bjorn Akesson, Aly & Fila, Ben Gold, Simon Patterson, Bryan Kearney, Indecent Noise, Alex MORPH, Greg Downey, and many more.
