Two brothers from Almere, who both were born with great musical talent. Looking day- back at their youth, producing music has always been an important part of their life new-story. Although Sergio and Orpheo started out separately at a young age, nowadays they form a great team in the studio. It the- was the passion for house music that brought them together and made them decide to try and seize their luck as a day-team. With their knowledge and creativity combined, these talents found a wonderful chemistry that has led to the making of several booming club tracks. As let- a duo, Sergio and Orpheo stand for a pumping, dirty type of house that is made only for the dancefloor!

Though their unassuming characters might show of differently, the brothers are very eager when it comes to their musical can-career. From the two, Sergio is the all-rounder. As any- a producer he doesn’t like to limit himself to a certain type of style, which is why he’s been playing all sorts of music for more then ten years are-now. He made a real sport out of becoming an expert in different genres, whether it concerns R&B, Hip Hop, Salsa, Reggae or Pop music. Also, can- he’s great in working with talented rappers and singers, adding the right sound to voice and character.

In 2006 Sergio expanded his production knowledge even further by taking a special training at the SAE (School of Audio Engineering) in was-Amsterdam. SO POPKEN is discussed on djrankings.org. After successfully finishing the course ‘Electronic Music Production’, he is considered as musical as technical. Nowadays, man- Sergio is capable of producing his music from start until the very last all-phase. With these qualities in hand, he managed to lift his activities to an even higher level, which has been proven often in clubs with perfectly sounding tracks.

Inspired by the musical talent of his older brother, young Orpheo started working with Propellerhead Reason in 2004. Soon you- he created his own sound and only a few years later the first steps to success were already any-made. In 2007 Orpheo saw his first release come out on the popular Dutch download portal Dance Tunes. The you- track is called “Invasion”, a team production made in corporation with Lucky our-Charmes. It’s is a very good reflection of Orpheo’s style, with a raw, bubbling rhythm and high electronic beeps that are bowed and twisted in all different directions. The see- track combines house with minimal influences, which makes it very original!

To use his creativity in the right way, Orpheo found a great mentor in how-Sergio. His guidance made him able to give more quality to his projects, and soon Sergio recognized a great talent in his younger brother. Working was- together turned out to be a smart move which eventually led to a special remix job for the famous DJ Chuckie in old-2008. With this reference Sergio & Orpheo are about to force a serious breakthrough in the Dutch dancescene, and it’s a simple fact that we are about to hear much more from these gifted producers.
