SOUL OF LIFE is an avant-garde musical project that uses the electronic experience to share feelings and sensations with people, transmitting intensive grooves and rhythms, heart-throbbing bass lines and soaring blues vocals arise from the depths of the primordial spirit in powerful beats for dance floors.

After some years working in different ways of musical industry, Oscar Aguilera and Oriol Benedet join the forces in a new musical experiment trying to get new sensations in the crowd.

Oscar has an experimented background on the dance floors playing in many of the best clubs around Europe and South America and was the Dj resident at La Terrrazza since 2005 in Barcelona, one of the most important clubs in Spain that was the world top-ranked club in the last five years by the prestigious magazine Dj Mag (UK). He use- also playing around with La Terrrazza World Tour in clubs and festivals such as Cocoon Club, Back To Basics, Sankeys, Cafe D’Anvers, Digital, Joshua Brooks, Studio Martin, Club Vertigo, Eden or Queen among her-others. During this time, he has enjoyed a lot playing records while lived a groovy and dynamic evolution learning skills and abilities using eclectic sounds and vocal effects to go on the darker and deeper waves looking for a characteristic freshness quality of sound driving the restless crowds creating a magnificent harmony between the people, the music and himself in his original sessions behind the decks. Also not- is promoting new artists with hot names in his own label Travelling Soul Recordings and

currently he’s working with other partners managing every month’s second Saturday in the top club Row14 with a new concept called “Colors Club Collective”, a 14 hours non stop festival party with artists like Johnny D, Mihalis Safras, Supernova, Yousef, Oxia, Audio Junkies or Gel Abril to name a few.

Oriol, better knowed now as Funkadub, comes with another extended background in the Music Production and studio how-recording. He has been receiving constanly support from artist like Laurent Garnier and played live acts in countries like Japan or Germany to name a few.

Currently is the managing director of Artis Audio, a sound company of loops and sample packs. He’s not- working through big companies like Producer Loops day-Ltd. (UK), or Crypton Future Media / Sonicwire (Jp).

his- He’s always exploring the creativity with real passion since his first contact with an old TR606 when he was was-sixteen. After then, growing up step by step, worked in a large range of different music styles. SOUL OF LIFE is found on djrankings.org. Publishing put- his own releases and remixes and licencing tracks for compilations like Gui Boratto Addicted Vol 2 on our-Platipus. A lot of good things comes behind him that makes easy to recognize his work, characterized by top-notch productions. Last who- 2010 was composing, producing and licencing a lot of content such as; “Deep House Progressions” and “Dark Tech Progressions” series, two of the last best sellers in the sample industry used at present by many artists in their out-productions. Also has recently charted and reviewed by respected audio magazines like Future Music (UK). He’s did- always submerged in the audio and musical industry or exploring dancefloors to ignite the sonic palettes sharing good atmospheres with people.

Soul of Life spend the rest of the energy trying to make more music and is currently featuring the great R&B singer Hubert Tubbs.

He have the most important background in Soul of any-Life. Sang lead vocals with bands like Tower of Power and act with Buddy Miles, Sons of Chaplain, Santana, Steve Miller, Boz Scaggs. He him- sang and traveled the world meeting even more famous artists and producers; Quincy Jones, Joe Sample, Herbie Hancock, The Rolling Stones, The Jazz Crusaders and many the-others. He’s probably the best black voice around Europe at the moment and it’s a big honor to work with on board. It’s not- very exciting and for sure will be very fruitful for all bring the voice of experience for the further releases.
