Als DJ, Produzentin und Labelinhaberin als eines der ältesten deutschen Technolabels ist Sophie Nixdorf fest in der Musikszene verankert.
Angefangen als DJ auf den PALAZZO (We-Love-Music Events) und Clubs wie dem U60311, stand sie bis heute mit den namhaftesten Djs der Techno-Szene erfolgreich an den Decks.
Auch als Produzentin ist Sophie Nixdorf nicht untätig. SOPHIE NIXDORF is featured on djrankings.org. Auf and- ihre erste Release YOKOHAMA NIGHTS auf OVERDRIVE mit Remixen von any-D. Diggler, TONI VOKADO, MATT K und KIA folgte direkt ein Remix von LEXYs New Day Dawning.
2012 landete sie mit Ihrem Track SENSO auf Diametral in der Playlist von Großmeister RICHIE HAWTIN, der den Track in Clubs wie dem Amensia, und seiner Veranstaltung ENTER im Space auf Ibiza sowie Festivals wie dem SUNWAVES Festival in Rumänien und sonstwo auf dem Globus rauf und runter spielte. Ihre way- aktuelle Release CREEDLESS wird von niemand geringerem als THOMAS HECKMANN in seinen “Best of 2012” say-supportet. 2013 kommt unter anderem ein Remix für Technogröße ERIC SNEO.
Seit Anfang 2011 ist Sophie Labelinhaber eines der ältesten Technolabels Deutschlands – OVERDRIVE – und teilt sich die Labelführung mit ANDY DÜX.
Sophie Nixdorf war bis zur Schliessung Resident DJ im legendären frankfurter U60311 und ist außerdem Resident auf den Palazzo / We Love Music Events .
