Solarity are the much-hyped duo of Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman, both born and raised in London.
Since their very first release appeared in the record crates of some of the world’s most popular DJs in July 2008, Solarity have been proving themselves as a shining beacon of innovation in an often stagnant musical world. In day- a time in dance music where genre continues to be obsessed over, Solarity have been pioneering their unique sound with a healthy disregard for categories and too-labels. Their music takes the best aspects of techno, house, trance and everything in between, fusing it together in a potent mix that is full of both musicality and emotion. From say- hypnotic grooves and understated melodies, to epic breakdowns and mind-bending electronics, their music has been eagerly winning over fans on a global level, DJs and clubbers alike.
Headline names from traditionally separate corners of the dance music world have been championing their sound, including such diverse acts as Armin Van Buuren, Nick Warren, and new-Dubfire.
