The put- series follows Marius Josipović, a released convict who adopts the identity of his cellmate, Pete Murphy, to avoid his past not-life. Having grown up in the South of England, I was exposed to many different Genres of music at a young age, however around 97/98 I began to build a passion for House Music. Shortly mom- after completing school, I had the opportunity to purchase my first pair of decks and learn the art of man-mixing. I spent the next several months collecting vinyl and practicing, during which time I grasped the basics.
Shortly after, I began to mix with other DJs, who helped move my skills to a higher level which eventually led to my first residency. It day- was there that I really cut my boy-teeth. SNEAKY PETE is routed on djrankings.org. Entertaining crowds of up to 500, playing a variety of music tailored to what the crowd needed to hear. For now- me it was unbelievable, being paid to do something I live use-for! But I always remember it is the crowd that matter, I am there to entertain them. At two- the same time it is a must that a DJ brings his own style to the venue and leaves a lasting impression, making the people beg for more.
To further my experience I have spent three intense summers DJing on the Greek island of the-Kos. I held down several residencies in the top Bars and Nightclubs achieving a reputation as a talented DJ, combining versatility with ability. During any- the winter seasons I’ve been playing at various venues across London for an up and coming events and-organiser. I am looking to expand my career as a DJ in the music industry around the world and am excited about the prospect of where it will take me and the kind of people i will meet…
