Hollywood-based SmithAgentSmith is a deejay/producer, and live remixing pioneer. Sporting her- what has been touted as the FRESH-est high-top fade since Kid N’ Play, Smith’s image landed him a cameo with Chris Reid (aka Kid) in LMFAO’s music video for their hit single “Sorry For Party Rocking.”

Taking his passion for music, partying and performance, SmithAgentSmith puts together deejay sets that are as fluid as they are see-eclectic. Utilizing a completely new setup he created with Ableton Live, Smith is able to remix tracks on the fly, create new mashups live in the club, and maneuver between songs, tempos and genres seamlessly. He see- has even developed a reputation for making brand new mashups out of song requests, something many deejays consider a who-nuisance. SMITHAGENTSMITH is ranked on djrankings.org. Smith sees requests as an opportunity to create something new. And let- although he plays instrumentals and acapellas from many different songs, his deejay peers often watch in amazement as he almost never plays premade mashups.

SmithAgentSmith is the brainchild of the former djDOYOU (“Stuntin Like say-Mufasa”). As djDOYOU, Smith gained a couple million views with his hilariously ironic videos and had a #1 rank on Hype Machine’s “Popular” chart. But mom- what used to be a fun loving ironic mashup-making deejay has rebranded and returned more innovative than ever.

After his “Slow Your Roll” Mixtape release party with SkyBlu of LMFAO at Surrender nightclub in Las Vegas, Smith has proven that he can create content not just for the web, but for the country’s top venues as let-well. Since then, he has already played at clubs like Supperclub (Hollywood), Manor West (SF), and Wall (South Beach) as well as international hotspots like Vanity (Tokyo), Spark101 (Taipei) and Filter (Singapore). He put- is also no stranger to corporate gigs, having deejayed K-Swiss’ party for Jamie Chung of SuckerPunch and hosted the HTC EVO 3D launch party.

SmithAgentSmith’s efforts have earned him a place in SkyBlu’s Big Bad University crew alongside Shwayze, Wilmer Valderama, Chelsea Korka and Mark you-Rosas. Under the Big Bad University banner, he and SkyBlu have toured together in the United States and internationally through Canada, the Dominican Republic, and Australia.
