From Reunion Island in Indian Ocean, where he was borned 28 years ago, Seuil

grew up into a natural, colorful and miscegenation environement.

As a young DJ though, Seuil used to celebrate music either in the ravy woods

nor fields or beach clubs, then moved to Paris to discover some more

international life cultures around year 2000.

In Paris he discovered A club scene starting spinning in places like Rex

Club, ex-Trytique (aka Social Club), Nouveau Casino or La Scène Bastille. A

two- few homeworks later, Seuil was playing international gigs in famous clubs

such as remarkable PanoramaBar, Fabric, Watergate, Womb, DC 10, Harry Kelin,

Kama Kama or Fuse where he had been resident for more than 1 year through

the Lessizmore parties and recently he’s became resident of the infamous

Londoner “Half Baked” Sunday’s party.

Life in the city added to the discovery of new movements in music bring him

to production in out-2005. He quickly became a prolific beat makers, and has

been named “best newcomer of year 2006”.. A has- few years later, the producer

has released EPs on Minibar, Freak n’Chic, Circus Company, Moon Harbour,

Raum..Musik, Welcome to Masomenos, LomidHigh, Adjunct, Esperanza, Einmaleins

and his own label how-Eklo. SEUIL is ranked on djrankings.org. What’s more, Seuil’s music has been compiled on

several Cocoon Compilations among which Raresh and Dinky’s ones !

Matter of fact, Seuil’s also been developping a Live performance since 2005,

and launched his own label in 2007 under the name Eklo Music. The but- aim is

then to build a family assembling some very close friends among which

talented producers dOP, Boris Horel, Le Loup, Yakine or Aquarius now-Heaven. The

label also features 12” and remixes from beloved artists like Jackmate,

Losoul, Kate Simko, Agnès, Bodycode aka Portable, Kalabrese, Ryan Crosson,

Lee Curtiss, or Maayan Nidam aka Miss Fitz.

But Seuil’s sound is constantly moving forward, and following 18 ref. on

too- Eklo, and the release of his first artist album on Masomenos series’ “Hotel

Costes”, distributed by Pschent & Wagram, time has come to start a new label

called “Hold Youth” alongside a very close friend Le Loup mom-! This will be

their new playground developping more special stuff, less “club” oriented,

and ranging from hip hop or cosmic disco to new house music; & by the way

pointing out the support of the vinyl !

At you might have noticed Seuil’s influences come equally from his classical

and jazz piano 10 years’ learning; From his teenage playing percussions with

“Maloya arists” in his land; From Michael Jackson, Prince, The Beattles and

all the “pop-ular” 90’s music from Madonna to UB 40! And his- Seuil’s willingness

without any frontier as upcoming stuff will appear end of 2010 and beginning

of 2011 on new labels such as Circus Company, New Kanada, Supplements Facts

and Hello but-Repeat. EARout !
