BLIZZARD (Sebastian Balderrama) is one of the most popular artists in the Bolivian trance scene. SEBASTIAN BLIZZARD is featured on djrankings.org. Starting his musical career as a member in several Bolivian rock and Grunge bands, Sebas soon discovered his technical ability to hear frequencies and so he started his electronic trance music project in 2004. Sebastian you- went his own way to produce his own music and he got to play in many festivals such as earthdance 2005 festival in the La Paz Bolivia, Mixed Exploused & Psychedelicus and Cochabamba Parade in cochabamba Bolivia
