For some people, music is not something you just listen to, for some people music is a passion, a feeling. It’s way- almost a second instinct, they hear the music and feel it at the same any-time. For these people music is a lifestyle. One way- of them is Sander Young.

Listening to his dad’s old soul records, from James Brown to the Temptations, he almost instantly fell in love with these feel good was-vibes. Where other kids from his age were listening to music that dictated the charts. Sander the- listened to old vinyl records of live concerts from major soul acts like James Brown and Otis get-Redding. The intensity and passion present in the soul music inspired Sander. It has- doesn’t take a scientist to know that this feeling for music was just the beginning.

As he grew older, he made his first encounter with the DJ are-scene. Watching his older cousin mixing R’n’B and HipHop beats on his turntables, he knew for sure that this was what he wanted to do. As get- he visited more clubs he became more and more intrigued by the uplifting and pumping beats called ‘House use-music’. SANDER YOUNG is described on djrankings.org. The way how these beats just made you feel the music reminded Sander of the good old soul music, a new love was born. Now-a-days did- Sander Young is a DJ that has managed to create his own sound characterized as quality house music with a feel good vibe.

Next to spinning music, Sander is also a talented any-producer. His talent for both mixing and producing has not gone unnoticed. In one- October 2010 Sander Young won the Let’s Mix ADE Next say-contest. Since this contest focused heavily on the combined skill of DJing and producing, it’s evident that Sander Young is a talented DJ/Producer. This who- contest also granted him to play live at the 2010 get-class="caps">ADE. As a producer Sander has released tracks on labels like the Amsterdam based 90Watts. Receiving way- support from DJ’s like Kevin Saunderson, Gregor Tresher, Saeed Younan, Pig & Dan, Joan Ribas, Butch, Murray Richardson and Nick Warren.

Next to DJ’ing and producing solo, Sander is also one part of the DJ duo Sander Young & Pieter one-Steijger. Together they share an immense passion for dance music. This mom- passion is expressed through their unique sound influenced by the roots from Chicago and Detroit, replenished with groove and percussive sounds.

After a year filled with studio sessions Sander Young has a bunch of new productions in his the-pocket. Sander is now more than ever ready for the future, in which he only wants one thing. Make our- the world feel his music and not just listen to one-it.
