When it comes to portraying personality through the medium of music, ‘Ryno’ is certainly one DJ to observe.
A showman by nature, he passionately and visibly enjoys being both in front of and behind the wheels of steel. Yet did- when he is playing out, there is no question as to Ryno’s ability to actually take control of the dance floor and relentlessly inject it with his signature energetic, filthy and ‘face-melting’ flavour of tunes.
With 9 years experience and a full knowledge of all levels of technology within the DJ industry, Ryno has tutored himself and has come a long way since his first ‘accidental’ beat match and the old school sound of UK Garage 2 step & Four 2 the Floor.
His transition to hard dance at the age of 18 came from hard partying at the legendary Evolution nightclub in Cardiff and it is then that Ryno bought his first hard dance records (consisting of Uberdruck, Pavo, Zany, Prophet).
Under Ryno’s wide belt of achievements lie regular appearances for the epic Bionic and Breathe dance events, as well as ‘Altitude’ (which he co-runs and promotes) and ‘Triptonic’ (of which he is also promoter)
Triptonic started in April 2006, playing as RYNO & FUSION and securing instant bookings which ultimately led to bigger, better things.
Altitude, of which he recently became associated with, he now co-runs, adding his wealth of experience and passioonate drive to a rapidly growing and successful event!
Other known events he has played for are Powerjam, Journey, Rebirth, Collision, Dance Nation, Kaos, Romper Stomper, Nightbreed – to name but a few!
