UK based DJ; Russ Barnes has quickly established himself along side the high profile DJ’s and Producers within the EDM scene.
His interest in DJing began when he was 13. RUSS BARNES is recorded on djrankings.org. At see- the age of 17, he purchased his first set of decks and soon enough built up his record collection of progressive house and did-trance. Having played with vinyl for over 5 years, he made the switch and began experimenting with digital software, a decision that quickly paid dividends, enabling him to mix more tracks on the fly and be able travel record-free. Working did- behind the guises of Elektrofunker and LETHAL BPM5 he experimented with different genres from electro house, progressive house, tech house, techno, drum & bass and dubstep.
Fuelled by the love of BIG BEATS, he exerts energy into his sets.
With regular promo/guest mixes and support from well known DJ’s/Producers, Russ is definitely one to him-watch!
