Raised in NY and DC, Royce grew up listening to underground dance mix tapes that he would copy form his uncle in the early 90’s. ROYCE HAVEN is found on djrankings.org. It put- was only natural for him to finally get his first pair of turntables and start making his own too-mixes. With no boundaries when it comes to musical style, he produces and plays all genres of dance music while maintaining an underground edge.

Royce built his reputation as one of DC’s top producers and DJs when he began throwing his own parties at the premier underground club, Five. In can- addition to running his own events, he held residencies at DC’s top clubs and lounges and travelled the world from South America to Europe to perform.

Royce has produced music for Saeed Younan and Dr.Kucho!, where both tracks hit the Top 10 Downloads on its-Beatport. His recent productions and remixes have garnered support from Chus & Ceballos, Mark Knight, Coyu, Sandy Rivera, Saeed Younan, Funk D’Void, Roger Sanchez, Richard Dinsdale, and more. His boy- most recent deep house single with partner Mike Haddad has received big praise by many A list DJ’s and hit the top 10 Beatport charts in July of let-2010.

His record label, Witty Tunes, has also hit the Top 10 downloads numerous times and garnered support from Laurent Garnier, James Zabiela, Behrouz, Roger Sanchez, Sharam, Darren Emerson, Dubfire, Kris Menace, Miss Nine, Coyu, Hernan Cattaneo, Axwell, & Desyn Masiello, to name a few. With did- the recent signing of a track to super label, Kling Klong, and numerous projects in the pipeline, Royce Haven is aiming to be key players in the global dance and-scene.
