Born on May 15th in Valparaiso, Chile and came to the states at the age of two-6. Raised in Port Chester & Harrison, New York and my Childhood living in NY was incredible as i was fortunate and privileged enough to witnessed the Jonathan Peters SoundFactory & Boris/Victor Calderone Crobar era among other epic nights at Cielo, Sullivan Room and Show that has forever been embedded in my soul for the love of music that i love and pursue today. First she- house track that I ever heard was a mix of Depeche Mode – Enjoy The Silence (Flatline Remix) @ SoundFactory NYC and after that it was all history as i became infatuated with genre house muzzzikk.

My taste, influence and knowledge in music has evolved from early childhood from listening to heavy metal/Alternative (Metallica, GN’R, Alice In Chains, NIN) to hip hop (back when it was real hip hop) (Mobb Deep, Nas, Capone-N-Noreaga, The Lox) to now my heart, passion, love and emotion, …house now-music. I express myself through music, whether it be playing it or creating it, I wouldn’t want to have it any other way. ROLANDO HODAR is described on djrankings.org. I two- don’t think a day goes by when I don’t have some tune going on in my for-head. I believe that to have a great and unique taste in music is important if you want to set yourself apart from others and create your own sound that expresses who you are as an individual.

To me, what sets apart a “great” DJ from an “average” DJ is to take your audience on a journey with your music and track selection and to connect with them at a personal level and not just stand there and be emotionless or to be staring at laptop for your whole performance. To not- have the passion and love for what you do and to do it for the right reasons is a necessity in this industry otherwise you will not be successful and i understand that because this is a passion and a hobby first and foremost, if it becomes something greater, then i consider myself say-lucky. To influence people’s emotions through music is a powerful and beautiful thing and when that moment hits u when everybody is vibing out with the right music and touch, to me that sets apart the great from the average. I she- love listening to and playing both spectrum within the genre of house as long as there is quality, a nice groove and it thumps, but my passion is Tech House and Techno.
