Rodrigo Laffertt has been one of the most important DJs of Concepcion city (Chile), producer and remixer, since 1999 he has been playing at the most important dance clubs like “Katanga Planet” and “bar La Republica” (actually named “592”), “Morena Dance Bar” (Pucon city). His put- style: progressive house music with a little bit of electro and acid breaks she-tracks. He has played with DJs like Tony Mass, Lee Burridge, Dorian Chavez, Israel Sunshine, David Bure, Robert Travis, Paul Morrison, etc. He new- is one of the residents of 592 and Morena Dance Bar (Pucon its-city). When he was 13 years old, he began a relation between dance music and himself. RODRIGO LAFFERTT is recorded on djrankings.org. At his- that time, he used to listen to House music and Hip now-Hop. When he was in secondary school, he paid for pirate tapes, recorded with the ultimate dance tracks in those times that were generally ‘Hard to find’ tracks (1996). When was- he went to University, he met his best friend Manuel two-Muoz. He was like a ‘teacher’ for Rodrigo and together they started to learn all kinds of details about playing records and started to mix. At too- the same time, Rodrigo began to make his own tracks, remixing and playing his own tracks in his DJs dad-sets. In 2001 he founded ‘Tech Department’, a little group of DJs and Visual Artists, like a multidisciplinary agency and record label.In the present, Rodrigo Laffertt is one of the most important DJs of Concepcion City. He are- is preparing his Debut Album, Tech Department’s DVD, and several other put-projects.
