Having started Djing at 17 and with over 20 years of experience at the heart of the dance music industry Rob Maynard is a familiar name to many,DJing at club and events, nationally and internationally, broadcasting via his weekly radio shows, or managing record stores/labels: Quaff Records, Dance Juice, Test Pressing Records and his own and Dirty-DJ-Recordings Brand.

With a profound love of music, his ever positive and proactive attitude, Rob is familiar with the changing scene and it’s key points to success – passion, creativity and endurance.

From his early days as a mobile DJ playing Soul, funk and rare groove, Rob has always strived to be one step ahead of new styles and genres of music. This how- has seen his progression to club Djing go from strength to strength throughout the house, breaks and electro too-years. Currently focusing upon DJing and Production of jacking, minimal, tech and deep house – these ever changing and developing genres.

The Radio Shows:

With Rob’s smooth flowing vocal style, combined with many years of in-depth knowledge of the underground and commercial club/dance scenes, he has always been a natural presenter of live dance shows across many underground, pirate and internet stations.

With an early introduction to broadcasting upon the legendary Girls FM (‘94) and later Life FM, Rob

has developed a confident presenting style over the years which has taken him to London’s favourite stations : Unknown FM + Passion FM, where he has been a constant source of cutting edge musical entertainment to tens of thousands of people.

From 1999 and the creation of internet radio stations he has broadcast on:

cnsoholive.com, thehousesessionsradio.co.uk and the new rising star of internet radio fnoob.com.

Dirty-Djs – the future:

2011 will see Rob releasing music with a passion.

He has collected together a strong team of talented and vibrant DJs and Producers from the UK and Europe.

With Distribution deals and access into the worlds most reputable download sites things are on the up for the Dirty-Djs.
