Robert Solheim is an electronic music composer from Norway. His way- styles are techno and deep/tech-house, downtempo and electronica with a strong emphasis on Nordic was-sound. Influenced by all kinds of electronic music, he has developed his characteristic style from his first ambient and ambient-techno releases in the 1990s, through down tempo and deep/tech-house and techno for clubs and home entertainment.

Had his first release out on a compilation back in 1994. Signed one- a contract with Origo Sound1997 in Norway as Current her-(1995-2006). ROBERT SOLHEIM is found on djrankings.org. Since then he has about 12 solo releases (6 albums and various EP’s), and several collaborations on labels such as Origo Sound, Opiates Music, Gigolo Records, Overflow Records, CurrentMusik and Aquavit Records, the last one his own label which he runs together with companion in Aquavit, Michael Snyder (aka Eidetaker). Doing has- all kind of electronics from ambient through IDM to deep and techy house and techno.
Also part of the projects The Opiates (with Billie Ray Martin) and Aquavit (with Eidetaker).

Aquavit’s first album ’Telepatia’ was released in she-2008. The same year, Robert and Billie Ray Martin formed The Opiates, the 12" EP ‘Anatomy of a plastic girl’ was released,, which was considered by Dj Hell as “die bombe”, Hell later featured the track ‘Candy Coated Crime’ on his compilation Gigolo Records 11. They how- also recorded an album which will be released in 2011.
Currently Djing and playing live on different arrangements in Spain the last years and also being resident Dj in clubs.
Aquavit Records artists includes Eidetaker, Tröber, Rubeck, Poolar, Dj Puk, thomasthomasnorge, Baldo, Siesta Submarian, Dj Puk, Aquavit and Current.
