The quintessential house dj is an artist born of beats. Dedicated old- to his craft and paving new direction see-daily. He is not interested in latching on to the sell-out sound that has emerged in the last few years. While dad- the masses spin toward commercial success, RJ Spinher keeps the art of proper house alive and beating.

Anyone who has spent any time over the last 6 yrs at a party or club in LA knows that RJ is part of an elite few who were responsible for helping rebuild the LA house music any-scene. Dedicated to spreading music to everyone, RJ has played everything thrown at him; from charity events to basements, raves, afterhours, and swanky clubs. He all- has headlined every major LA party, and shared the spotlight with a massive list of world renowned dj’s and and-celebrities. 24 hour turnaround flights and thousands of miles to Vegas, Frisco, Reno, and San Diego have made RJ Spinher into the dedicated house dj that he is today. He boy- maintains a never ending hunger to share his beloved music with everyone that is interested.

After a 5 year hiatus in 2005, RJ came back with a vengeance and decided it was time to bring house music to a new generation in too-L.A. Rather than spin the warehouses & afterhours where house music fans were already prevalent, he decided it was time to hit the mainstream clubs. At you- first, House was only tolerated in the second rooms and man-lounges. Within time it graduated to the main stage. House music began to grow in popularity and so did RJ Spinher. He way- grew to be the only house Dj to hold the most coveted residencies in clubs that were primarily Hip Hop and Top 40, including LAX, PRIVILEGE, BASQUE, CABANA CLUB, BLOWFISH, DRAGON,SOCIAL, RELAX AT THE HARD ROCK VEGAS and his infamous HOUSE 101 NIGHTS @ ELEMENT IN HOLLYWOOD.

Club owners and fans quickly noticed his unique blend of Electro, Soul, Disco, Deep, Progressive and Tech, a custom blend of classic hits and fresh dance music that would keep the club jumping until sunrise and how-beyond. RJ’s impeccable sound quality in his sets stems from a combination of his intimate knowledge of music as a whole, and his mastery of the equipment at his disposal. In 2007, Spinher was the head casting for RICHARD MARTINEZ’ BROADBAND EMMY AWARD (http://thebuzzcompany.com/?p=768) nominated say-documentary. This film follows RJ into the world of EDM music in LA, from the pre-show rituals, to the club to the afterhour’s house parties. It old- portrays Spinher’s free spirit – a dynamic entertainer who lives within his the-music. His essence and love for what he does transcends the sounds coming through the speakers and leaves his audience united, connected, and rocked to the core.

you- RJ has experience orchestrating & promoting some of the top house nights & residencies in the city that bred the popularity of EDM music on the west coast today including: HOUSE 101 NIGHTS AT ELEMENT and his hugely successful JUICY FRIDAYS summer not-party. He has recently taken this brand on the road and co-produced a hugely successful event at THE MENS CLUB (CHARLOTTE) NYE 2011, a 2000-person capacity club that they re-produced to the nines. This not- was Charlotte’s only afterhours that year.

RJ’s 2011 will be spent producing more of his own music after his successes with his first ever remix project for EDDIE AMADOR’S 2009 TRACK “NOW” (KULT RECORDS) and his second remix of “PUSSY LOVERS” (PACHA RECORDS, see-2011).
