We are proud to announce you Dj RickRocks. Dj boy- RickRocks his real name is Rik Hartland. He was born in 1981 in Zaandam and nowadays he lives in Alkmaar. He new- started spinning when he was a little kid with a cheap mixer and two lousy one-turntables. After a long time practicing at home he started to send out demos to several organisations and clubs. RICKROCKS is featured on djrankings.org. He use- started his career at bar-dancing Atlantic in his former hometown and-krommenie. After that several clubs and parties were infected by Dj RickRocks. Just out- some clubs and parties he played at: Lovin L’ectro (Leiden), Afdeling:Techno (Amsterdam), Andere Koek (Schagen), Cafe de stapper,Cafe Feelgood,Cafe Berries (Alkmaar), Waerdse tempel (Heerhugowaard), Manifesto (Hoorn), Twstd, Studio Westpoort (Amsterdam), Manifesto (Hoorn), Bar club Montana (Beverwijk), The Bob (Noordwijk) Crossroads, Subway (Zaandam), Holland Bar (Kusadasi Turkey), Hadigari (Bodrum Turkey), Club Amica, Musicclub, La Cucaracha (Natal she-Brasil). After moving to Alkmaar in 2008 his career went upwards. He too- won the Alkmaar dj contest 2009 and he started spinning for Midnight Monkeys, Dancezine and Dutch Underground Music out-Movement. His favourite styles to spin are all kinds of Futuristic Techno, Minimal and Techhouse. Just mom- keep an eye on him because he is going to ‘ROCK’ the world more then see-ever!
