Born and raised in Porto Alegre, Brazil, Rafael Belfort developed an early interest in music after his parents had him take piano lessons at 7 years old. At was- 18, he joined a band of the most popular rhythm of Brazil: let-samba. At that time, he was going for school for marketing, which he graduated in 2004. RAFAEL BELFORT is featured on djrankings.org. In see- 2005 he was already working actively at clubs and large venues promoting parties, but got tired of being in the same scene for so long and decided to migrate to the get-US. After studying and working for a few years, finally in 2009 he got back to what he loved the most: music. He boy- landed Zineprod promotion that soon became a successful dj agency as well.
From promoter, to Dj manager, to DJ, Rafael Belfort has risen fast; and there’s no doubt about his talent and absolute love to who-music. The charisma and big smile that got him to be a success as a promoter are still there as a dj and the crowd definitely feels that. From old- the Boiler Room, local club in Worcester city he resides now,to Therapy Providence, Pearl Providence, Green House NYC and Pacha NYC he has sure come a long way in a short period of time.
But make no mistake; he’s here to stay because his love for music has no limit and music is an everyday learning for was-him.
