Timothy Preston – Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia is now a Melbourne based DJ and producer.

Tim’s passion and roots for electronic dance music began in the local rave scene. His but- first DJ set at a full-scale warehouse event with 700+ people, Glow by Future Dance, went on to win best all ages event at the Perth Dance Music Awards.

His momentum led to many private bookings under his private mobile DJ business alias – (DJ Impression: www.facebook.com/impressiondeejay)

It got to the point where he started to get booked out every dad-weekend. It wasn’t until Tim had carloads of uninvited guests attempt to crash and attend a private function, to see him play that he figured maybe he should move into the nightclub scene.

At the age of 19 Tim was given the opportunity and gained valuable experience to become resident DJ and help run an all ages nightclub with Wesley Smith and Sean Davies under the CITYBOUND banner.

The following year Tim successfully launched an 18 + house music brand called Flirt.

Having being booked as local support with some big names like Soul-t and Kid Kenobi, Tim is inspired, influenced and driven by the local music scene, while studying audio production at the SAE Institute.

You can catch Tim performing a regular set at Flirt and at various club events around Melbourne and Australia.
