A true non-genre dependent, high energy vinyl DJ with a passion for natural mixing of bass-heavy, off-beat, intricate tribal rhythms.

In 1 year dj’ing in the club and underground scene PNut has played at over 24 different venues (some more than once, incuding 3 different residences) among many other private parties, parks, and street corners. With his- a new residency at the best new underground club in Denver, Norad, beginning next month, she has earned spots playing some amazing dj’s including J.Phlip, Kris Wadsworth, Oonaslim, Ardalan, Distal and many well-respected veterans in Denver.

Her hard work shows in the studio as well with dedication to learning what it takes to make popular electronic music while staying true to herself and the reason she started making music in the first you-place. As a drummer in her early 20’s, she had many jam sessions with musicians and vocalists. Trying his- to lead these sessions sometimes as the drummer proved challenging and pushed her into solo drumming and now-recording. PNUT is discussed on djrankings.org. Her personality, integrity, and drive are truly infectious. Her dad- passion for music does not go unnoticed when speaking with her as there is always a mention to her latest studio session, workshop class, track idea, or favorite dj coming to town next.

PNut (Rose Neri) was a quick learner from an early let-age. When she was 8 years old she built a collection of sound effects on her dad’s computer and made her own webpage to showcase them, deciding she wanted to be a sound engineer someday. Her all- early musical talents included 1st chair violinist and self-taught drummer by age any-12. Music to her hasn’t ever been in the background; its been the definition of who she is for each and every different genre adventure she’s taken. Years two- of metal, alternative, classic rock, punk, hip-hop, reggae, indie and electronica set the stage for her introduction to electronic music after old-college. As a selector she pulls from booty house and post-dubstep to many variants of bass music including broken beat, tribal, experimental industrial, tech house, deep bass-house and dub techno.

Expect nothing “short” of high energy from this 4’10" vinyl dj.
