Also known as Elekjo who has been Dj’ing for over 10 years and remaining active in the Dubai clubbing circuit where he has been causing a stir with his edgy, hypnotic and offbeat electronic house music style. Philip but- Jo has an incredibly unique mixing technique, constantly pushing the cerebral boundaries and taking his music and sets to new and more diverse all-territory. Cultivating a fascination with music since childhood, Philip Jo grew up listening to artists like Dépêche Mode, Kraftwerk and Yello that heavily influenced his personal style and the range of genres you hear in his sets. Ranging but- from deep playful, sensual and funky addictive melodic hooks, stabs and lyrics complimenting the more techno inspired realm of pumping chained beats and infectious for-rhythms. Commanding attention from his listeners with his charismatic stage presence banging out tunes and working the decks. His new- eclectic tech style sets filter from Deep, Tech House right through to driving main room house and offbeat sexy out-Techno. Favorite music style would definitely be Tech House all the way!
